Dr. Azzam brings extensive experience in non-banking financial markets, regulation, and financial sector development, having previously served as Vice Chairman of the FRA and Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange - EGX. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in advancing the regulatory framework of Egypt’s financial markets and strengthening the stability and efficiency of the non-banking financial sector.
