Today, we spotlight our MoU partner: Liquid C2

We were honored to have H.E Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh , Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority FRA, witness the signing of the MoU.

The MoU was signed by Eng. Ahmed Khalifa – Executive Director of the FRA Sandbox and Chief Data Officer, and Mr. Badr khairy – Chairman of Liquid C2 MENA and Mr. Sherif Shaltout managing executive witness the signing of the MoU


🔹Through this partnership, we will work closely together to:

✔️ Establish a clear framework for cooperation in cybersecurity and the key terms for upcoming agreements.
✔️ Enable Liquid C2 to conduct Penetration Testing and Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessments required by the FRA under decree 139/2023 for non-bank financial institutions.
✔️ Provide consultancy services to help Sandbox participants comply with the FRA Cybersecurity Compliance Checklist (Annex 1).
✔️ Deliver free cybersecurity awareness and secure-development training programs to support startups in building sustainable compliance and internal capacity.
✔️ Support companies in aligning with FRA’s cybersecurity standards before beginning testing within the regulatory Sandbox.
✔️ Provide assessment services for CIS Configuration Compliance.
✔️ Deliver all listed services at no financial cost, supporting innovation within the non-banking financial sector.
✔️ Maintain full confidentiality of exchanged information under the MoU’s confidentiality clause.
