Today, we spotlight our MoU partner: Moharram & Partners
We were honored to have Mr. Mohamed Abdelhamied — Vice Chairman, Financial Regulatory Authority FRA, witness the signing of the MoU.

The MoU was signed by Eng Ahmed Khalifa – Executive Director, Regulatory Sandbox at the FRA Sandbox and Chief Data Officer at FRA and  Ambassdor Sherif El Bidewy – Chief Executive Officer at Moharram & Partners.

This partnership will enable us to work closely together to:

✔️ Strengthen the institutional identity and brand of the FRA Sandbox locally and internationally, while raising awareness of its role in supporting innovation and FinTech development in the non-banking financial sector.

✔️ Enhance local and international media coverage of the FRA Sandbox’s activities, achievements, initiatives, and leadership, through strategic media engagement, specialized content, interviews, and digital communications.

✔️ Expand the FRA Sandbox’s presence and participation in relevant local, regional, and international conferences, forums, and events, strengthening engagement with key stakeholders and international institutions.

✔️ Establish an annual regional forum bringing together regulatory sandboxes, regulators, FinTech startups, investors, development finance institutions, policymakers, and innovation leaders from Africa, the Gulf,
Europe, and the Middle East.

✔️ Facilitate knowledge exchange, regulatory dialogue, cross-border market access, and investment opportunities, contributing to stronger regional and international cooperation in FinTech and non-banking financial innovation.

Through this strategic partnership, we look forward to strengthening the FRA Sandbox’s regional and international presence and positioning it as a leading platform for regulatory innovation in the non-banking financial sector.
