The Financial Regulatory Authority FRA proudly announces that Cassbana has received initial approval and officially joined FRA Sandbox — with an innovative Embedded B2B Financing and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solution and digital brokerage in Microfinance, integrated directly within supply chains, enabling seamless access to financing, improved cash flow, and stronger business continuity across the ecosystem.

This milestone reflects the vision and forward-thinking leadership of H.E. Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh – Chairman of the FRA, whose commitment to fostering innovation and embracing technology continues to shape a progressive regulatory environment that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and responsible growth within the Non-Bank Financial Sector.

It also highlights Mr. Haitham Nassar's belief in the power of innovation and embedded finance to drive real impact for microfinance and supply-chain participants — setting a strong example for how fintech leaders can embrace change and build scalable, market-driven solutions.
